NAIOP members started the trip to the Capitol with a Legislative Reception at Zinda. They began their morning at the Capitol with a breakfast with Mitch Gillespie, Assistant Secretary for DENR. There was a lot of networking at the Day at the Capitol with fellow NAIOP members and legislators!

It was a great day for volleyball at the Knights of Columbus courts! Timmons Group won first place; CBRE | Raleigh took home second. Thanks to everyone for helping NAIOP Research Triangle raise $750 for the Ronald McDonald House of Durham!
NAIOP April Luncheon

On Wednesday, April 30, 2014, NAIOP members had the opportunity to network at the April Luncheon held at the NC Museum of Art. Lunch included a great program presented by our featured speaker, Jim Hartmann, New Wake County Manager. Jim discussed his interest in the area and what attracted him to the Triangle, and he also addressed the growth issues in our area. His informative presentation also touched on the positive economic development of commercial real estate and development for the Triangle. Jim looks forward to his future partnership with NAIOP.
